As Pete explains, E-learning isn't about having lots of content and clever delivery systems. It's not just about "putting it online" and neither it it about bells and whistles or an all-out multimedia assault. If it to work effectively, E-learning needs to be part of a joined-up, coherent learning and development strategy. Listen to this week's show to find out what that looks like.
